Each lead teacher can enter names for up to two people for each breakout . There are two afternoon sessions : A and B.

If you have more people (ie. needing more than two in each of the 8 breakouts)... just complete one form, save it and complete another form with the extra people .

We're not certain this format will gather data and sift it the way we want it (hence the TRIAL ) ,however ... could you give it a go.
If it works effectively we can safely employ this format in future - if not... we've learned something .

BUT (in the spirit of pessimism) and let's cover our bases - could you also add teachers names in the nice, simple, reliable table below :)
